Okay, here goes: Happy birthday, in a few hours, to hifi's true genius! Thank you for everything that you have done for me and my music system. Now all that remains is selling off the first rate equipment that the 4.0SE and amps trashed, and that seems to only be the tip of the iceberg. Still, I have never heard anything as detailed and musical as I have heard today.

Hi Alex,
Happy Birthday! And thank you for your wonderful pieces. I am enjoying my Denon 3910 immensely. Hope one day to have enough $$$ for one of your NWOs.
I'll be calling you later in the week to arrange a time to drive up to Dixon, so that you can add a digital in to my unit.
All the best. Enjoy your day.

Alex,
Happy birthday as well. Glad to hear you are still in Dixon. Been a while since we have seen each other when you were still in Fremont. Still have to visit your place when I have the chance to visit family in Sacramento. Keep the faith.

Alex,
Problems: Never being able to own a NWO 4 SE. But the Denon, with the new brain and heart transplant, will suffice. Thanks for supporting the Denon crowd by offering your latest designs.
Happy Birthday!

Alex,
Since no one has really commented on this problem, I will add a few remarks.
First off, let me start with saying you have always treated me well, and I thank you for that.
Several years back I had you modify my Denon 3910. I then had it upgraded several times. Each time, it was a quick return and with good communications.
Later, I began to have problems getting in touch with you and at the same time I noticed many, many postings on this site and other sites that many customers were having problems getting in touch with you.
I eventually sold my APL equipment because as good as it was, it still was a modified unit and without you the unit would become useless if it ever needed repair. At the time I was going to get out of 2 channel Audio all together and just concentrate on Home Theater.
Later, I heard that you were making amends and had fixed and came to terms with your distraught customers.
I then thought about buying your new Dac. But, months and months went by with no news on this Dac. Again, many postings started to appear from people on this site and other sites about not being able to locate you, so I gave up on your Dac.
I still think you are talented and a good person.
But, Alex, hearing customers constantly pleading for you to contact them is in my opinion, not showing respect for those people. Those same people have spent thousands of dollars on your ideas and for whatever the reason you go into hiatus and ignore them.
Well, I am still interested in your products and will continue to monitor this site to see if you can ever get your total commitment together.
I hope these comments can be taken as constructive criticism and good luck.

Hi Alex,
Happy Birthday! And I hope you have many, many more.
I've been very satisfied with all my dealings with you: 3910, 3910 upgrades, NWO-2.0, NWO-2.5T, NWO-3.0GO, NWO-3.0SE, and I'm now anxiously waiting to receive the 4.0SE upgrade. Your superb and creative work deserves support.
All the Very Best,

Hey Alex,
I've attempted to call you a few times, but that hasn't worked. Give me a call or shoot me an email when you have a moment and we can figure out a good time to get together. I have a sample for your amp as well. _________________ System:http://forum.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/fr.pl?vopin&1212026711&read&3&4& |

We really wish it was possible but things are very busy at the moment with current orders and new product developments (we are very close releasing an all-solid-state DAC box), so we will not attend CES. It is possible we will make the RMAF in October.

Yo Alex!!
I'll be at the RMAF this year. Let's get together for a Cocktail or two.
Cheers
Charlie
P.S.
You done such a great job on my DAC that I'm not even thinking about making any changes now.
Cheers
